Power and Cooling 


Reliable power supplies and cooling are essential to the continuous operation of co-location equipment that is expected by our customers. Telehouse Singapore has a sophisticated power distribution system for resilience whereby multiple mains electricity feeds are supported by UPS  systems and back-up generators. Power and cooling resilience is provided from N+1 to 2N.  All of our power back-up systems are individually maintained and checked on a routine basis.



Security


We have achieved latest standards and work with some of the strongest partners in this field. The highest level of building security is provided 24/7 by our trained security and operations staff, CCTV with digital data storage space, electronic access management as well as our advanced proximity access control system.



Access

Telehouse data center visitors must provide proper identification and sign-in to access the building. Only authorised personnel are granted access to the facility. 

Access is allowed 24/7 to legitimate customers. Our security staff monitor all access to our sites and historical data is recorded.
